The Energy Forum, Inc. is a registered not-for-profit corporation and is funded through corporate sponsorships, individual subscriptions as well as per meeting fees to cover expenses.
Individual Meeting Fees
Fees are payable for attendance at meetings. A $40 per person fee (per meeting) includes any reception prior to, or after, the meeting. Students and faculty from academic institutions, and active members of the military receive a discounted price of $10 per person per meeting. A Subscription can be purchased for $200 entitling a participant to attend all meetings during the year. Typically, about eight meetings are held each year. The subscription is not transferable.
Corporate and Institutional Subscriptions
Corporate or Institutional Subscriptions are available for $600 per year. Subscriptions enable up to three persons from an organization to attend each meeting. Subscriptions are fully transferable among members of the same institution.
Contributing Sponsorship is available for $1,000 per annum. This entitles the sponsor to have its corporate name or logo on all stationery, brochures and programs of events held by The Energy Forum. It also entitles the sponsor to have its corporate description and key contacts listed on The Energy Forum’s website, www.nyenergyforum.org. Up to two employees are entitled to attend each meeting.
Supporting Partnerships are available at $5,000 per annum. This entitles the supporting institution to all the benefits of Contributing Sponsors. Additionally, Supporting Partners can send, free of charge, up to five employees to any conference or special event organized by The Energy Forum.
Sustaining Partnerships are available at $7,500 per annum. In addition to all the benefits of Supporting Sponsors, Sustaining Partners can send, free of charge, up to ten employees to any conference or special event organized by The Energy Forum. This level of partner also includes invitations for exclusive meetings and dinners with the speakers and our board members.
